FAQ

Questions we get.

Do I need carrier accounts with CEVA, Alliance, or AIT?

No. We have agreements with the carriers, so you get rates and book shipments through our integration. No carrier-side setup on your end.

How does billing work?

Per Bill of Lading, through Shopify's App Billing. When you click Create BOL, ShipEasy creates a one-time charge that you approve in the Shopify admin. The total appears on your normal Shopify invoice.

What if the carrier rejects the shipment after I approve?

We refund the failed charge within 5 business days. Failures show up in your admin and alert our team automatically — you don't have to chase us.

Does this replace my parcel shipping app?

No. ShipEasy is for LTL freight — pallets, crates, large items. For parcel (UPS, FedEx, USPS) keep your existing app.

Can I ship internationally?

Not yet. Currently the contiguous 48 US states + DC. International freight is on the roadmap.

What Shopify data does ShipEasy access?

Orders (to pick which one to ship), locations (for warehouse addresses), fulfillments (to write back the PRO number), and products (for variant package dimensions). Full breakdown in our Privacy Policy.
