No subscription. Pay per shipment.

No monthly fee, no per-seat fee, no carrier-account fee. Our margin and the accessorials are already inside the number you are shown, and we re-check it twice before the freight moves.

  • One charge, per Bill of Lading

Nothing moves before you confirm. In Shopify it’s a one-time charge you approve in Shopify’s own billing prompt, landing on your normal invoice. In the portal you pay by card.

  • Checked twice before the freight moves

We re-rate the lane when you start the booking and again before we tender it. If the carrier’s price has moved by even a cent we stop and tell you rather than quietly charging the difference.

  • Refunds

Cancel more than one business day before pickup and the charge comes back automatically. If a carrier rejects the shipment after you have paid, that refunds automatically too.

  • Why the range is wide

A crated headboard to the next state and a pallet of sofas across the country are not the same shipment. Weight, distance, and how far into the building it goes are what move the number.

  • After pickup: if the freight isn’t what was declared

The one thing that can still move the number. A carrier may reweigh, remeasure or reclassify a shipment against its actual measurements. If it does, the charge is adjusted in either direction — refunded as readily as billed — within 60 days, on the payment method on file. You are notified, you acknowledge it at booking, and you have 30 days to dispute it. Details in Terms § 8.3.

How you pay

Two rails, two ways to be billed.

The price is identical either way. What changes is whose payment page you see.

Shopify app

Billed through Shopify.

A one-time app charge you approve in Shopify’s native billing prompt, which lands on your normal Shopify invoice. Free to install; you are only ever charged when you book a Bill of Lading.

Refunds and credits are handled by our team, not self-serve.

Freight portal

Billed by card.

Pay by card at booking through Stripe. Save the card and the next booking is one click — and you choose whether the whole organization can use it or only you.

Card details are held by Stripe. We keep the brand, last four and expiry, nothing more.

Full commercial terms are in the Terms of Service and the Shipper Services Agreement.
