  • Shared catalog

    Upload your models once and a search on the quote form fills in the dimensions and weight. A multi-box model adds one line per box. Dimensions come from the model, not from memory.

  • Roles and invites

    Invite people by email as owner, admin, or member. Quotes, shipments, ship-from locations and receipts are shared across the company. Members cancel only their own bookings.

  • Bulk quoting

    Upload a CSV and price up to 50 lanes in one run — a season’s orders, or what shipping looks like across a region before you commit to a number. One bad row doesn’t fail the rest.

  • Saved cards

    Save a card and the next booking is one click. Choose whether the whole company can book with it or only you. Stripe holds the card; we keep the brand, last four, and expiry.

  • Several organizations, one login

    Dealers and groups that book under several entities switch between organizations from the top bar. Separate catalogs, shipments and receipts, without a second password.

  • Support on the booking

    Raise a damage, delay or address problem straight from the booking and it reaches the team that manages the carrier relationship. Replies land in the thread and in your inbox.

  • Analytics

    Volume, spend and quote-to-booking conversion for the last thirty days, across every member of the organization.

  • Security and data export

    Two-factor sign-in with recovery codes if you want it, and an emailed code on any new device. Export everything we hold for your organization as a single CSV, whenever you want it.

API

Portal organizations can quote, book, track and pull Bills of Lading over a REST API. Useful when freight pricing belongs inside your own ERP or order desk rather than a browser. Enabled per organization on request.
