No monthly fee, no per-seat fee, no carrier-account fee. You pay the carrier's rate plus a small service margin, billed through Shopify on a one-time charge per Bill of Lading.
Typical LTL shipments range from $80 to $400 depending on weight, distance, and service level. The total is shown to you in Shopify's native approval prompt before any money moves — you see and approve every charge.

Do I need carrier accounts with CEVA, Alliance, or AIT?
No. We have agreements with the carriers via TAI Cloud, so you get rates and book shipments through our integration. You don't need to set up anything with the carriers directly.
How does billing work?
Per Bill of Lading, through Shopify's App Billing. When you click Generate BOL, ShipEasy creates a one-time charge that you approve in the Shopify admin. The total (carrier rate plus our service margin) appears on your normal Shopify invoice — no separate billing relationship.
What if the carrier rejects the shipment after I approve?
We refund the failed charge within 5 business days. ShipEasy surfaces the failure in your admin so you know, and our team gets alerted automatically — you don't have to chase us for the refund.
Does this replace my parcel shipping app?
No. ShipEasy is for LTL freight — pallets, crates, large items. For parcel shipping (UPS, FedEx, USPS, parcel-size boxes) keep your existing app. The two complement each other.
Can I ship internationally?
Not yet. ShipEasy currently supports the contiguous 48 US states plus DC. International freight is on the roadmap.
What data does ShipEasy access from my Shopify store?
Orders (so you can pick which one to ship), locations (for your warehouse address), fulfillments (so we can write back the PRO number), and products (for variant package dimensions). Full breakdown in our Privacy Policy.
